- Orders ship via UPS or FEDEX Ground. Due to the nature of the product it cannot be sent via Express, Second Day or 3 Day Delivery. Typical orders ship within 5 business days. Upon shipment you will be sent a notification of shipment with the Tracking Number. We reserve the right to recall a shipment for any reason.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Upon shipment of your order Ventamatic, Ltd. will charge your method of payment for the full amount. We do not pre-approve or take. Accepted forms of payment through the website are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Should you need a replacement part but need to pay by check please call 800-433-1626 and our Customer Service team will assist you. You will be asked to Pre Pay by either Check or Money Order.
- Viewing Orders
- At any time you may log in to your account to view the status of your order. An automated email will be sent to you upon shipment of the product which will include the tracking information.
